The first dock7 location is right at the campsite by Lake Gedern – one of the most popular leisure and recreation destinations in the Vogelsberg region. Across 15 hectares around the lake, visitors will find a sandy beach, wide sunbathing lawns and a water park, plus beach volleyball, adventure golf and a playground for families.

Modern sanitary facilities, pitches for motorhomes and caravans, rental accommodation such as mobile homes and woodlodges, as well as a restaurant and kiosk round off the offering. The campsite is open year-round – ideal for a camping holiday, weekend trip or day visit.

By car

Gedern is located on the B275 and can be reached via several motorways: from Frankfurt/Gießen via the A45, exit Florstadt, then towards Gedern; from Kassel/Fulda via the A5 to Alsfeld-Ost, then via Lauterbach to Gedern. The campsite is signposted on site, with ample parking available.
