Privacy Policy
This website is deliberately kept simple: no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, no forms with permanent storage. Still, visiting a website always involves some technical data processing – here we explain what that means for you.
1. Data controller
The data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Karlheinz Görg
Stresemannstraße 25
61231 Bad Nauheim, Germany
Email: hello@dock7.de
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
D-02742 Friedersdorf, Germany

When you access the site, the hosting provider automatically collects technical information transmitted by your browser (server log files). This typically includes: IP address, date and time of the request, the page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, and the previously visited page (referrer).

This data is used solely for the technical provision and security of the website and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website).
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies, web analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics), or marketing or tracking pixels. Consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required, as no such technologies are used.
4. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are served locally via Next.js. No connection to Google's servers is established when loading the page.
5. Contact via email and contact form
If you contact us by email or via the contact form, your details (e.g. name, email address, phone number and message) are processed solely to handle your inquiry and are forwarded to us by email. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your inquiry, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.
6. Google Maps
On the location page we offer a map for directions, which is embedded via Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). For privacy reasons, the map is not loaded automatically when the page is opened, but only after you actively click "Load map".

Only after this click does your browser establish a connection to Google's servers, transmitting your IP address to Google, where it may also be processed further in the USA. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). More information can be found in Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. External booking platform
The "Book now" button takes you to a separate booking platform (buchen.dock7.de) for reserving kayaks and SUP boards. Once you leave this site, the independent privacy policy of the booking system applies.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR – provided the respective legal requirements are met – you have the following rights:
- Access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
To exercise these rights, simply contact us at the email address given above.
9. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data – for example with the authority responsible for Hesse:

Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit
Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1
65189 Wiesbaden, Germany
